Shipping Information

When will my Order ship?

Most orders ship within 2 business days, during busy times, including holiday season we ship within 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding all federal holidays. 

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping charges are displayed during the checkout and calculate by the size and weight of your shipment. We currently use UPS, FedEx and USPS to ship our order. For international orders we also offer DHL Express options.

When will my order arrive?

We will ship your order with the shipping service you select during checkout. Please note that our business days are Monday through Friday, we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. The Arrival date depends on the shipping service you choose and your location. We DO NOT guarantee any delivery dates and do not accept returns if the items do not arrive on the date desired. 

Do you offer next day Service?

No, at this time we do not offer next day (overnight) service

I made a mistake with my address or shipment, what can you do?

We ship your order exactly according to the specifications given during the checkout process. If you made a mistake with your order, please send us an email with clear instructions about what you need to change. Please note that once the order has been shipped, we cannot change or edit the shipment. If the shipment is returned to us for an incorrect address or was refused, we will issue a refund less the s&h costs incurred and a 30% restocking fee. We assume no responsibility for lost or delayed shipments due to an incorrect address.

I am an international customer, can I still order from you?

Yes, we ship worldwide, the available shipping options are shown during the checkout. Note that the shipping charges DO NOT include custom duties and import taxes that may be charged by your local custom authorities. It is your responsibility to cover import duties. We do not accept returns for refused or unclaimed shipments.
